Default Toshiba Satellite A100-2212E

As Asus A8JP and F3JP are not available in Malaysia. I've narrowed down my choice to Toshiba and I've found this model, A100-2212E. It's within my budget which is below USD$1,300.

- Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5200
(1.6GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB)
Intel PRO/Wireless Network Connection 802a/b/g
Intel 945PM Express Chipset
- Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium
- 1GB DDR2 SDRAM (after free upgrade)
- 120GB SATA HDD 5400RPM
- DVD SuperMulti Double Layer Drive
- 15.4" WXGA Clear Superview TFT display
- ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 256MB HyperMemory
- Harman Kardon speakers with SRS TruSurround Sound
- Bluetooth
- 5-in-1 Card Reader, Express Card slot, IEEE1394 port
- Toshiba Dual Mode Pad, Spill-resistant keyboard
- 2-Years carry-in International Limited Warranty (parts and labor)

I've decided to upgrade another 1GB RAM to make it 2GB.

Price - approx. USD$1,143 (including upgrade to 2GB RAM)

What do you all think with these specs and the price? Is it worth?
I do occasional gaming like NBA Live, FIFA, NFS and RTS.
I do many stuffs at the same time such as chatting on msn while sometimes talking in skype, surfing the net, listen to music, do some downloads and syncing my Ipod. Is it necessary for me to opt for better processor or the processor above is more than enough for me and also, is x1400 decent for gaming?

Or should i wait for Santa Rosa?

Thanks in advance sorry if you think I'm having a bad command of English language because English language is not my mother tongue.
